We're Reb and Vic. Two sisters from Sydney, Australia, two years apart and, these days, rarely far from each other.

We started Inside Job in 2026 because young Australians aren't getting enough fibre, and not a single brand was speaking to them about it. No one was making a fibre supplement feel relevant, modern, or worth caring about for the generation that now needs it most. That felt like a problem worth solving.

But for us, it runs deeper than a market gap. We lost our grandmother to bowel cancer. It runs in our family. Colonoscopies and polyps were always a dinner table conversation. 

When something as simple as a daily, sachet or scoop, can be a meaningful act of prevention, it stops being a just wellness trend and starts becoming something more personal. Inside Job is our way of doing something about it.

Building this brand has given us more than a product. It's given us a reason to show up for each other, create, collaborate and build something we're genuinely proud of. Developed and manufactured right here in Sydney, by two sisters who believe good things really do start from the inside.
