The Regular Thing is a food-grade fibre supplement. It is not a therapeutic good and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Product descriptions and claims on our Website comply with applicable Australian food labelling standards (FSANZ).
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, however we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur between batches.
Inside Job reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In the event a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
Except where prohibited by law, Inside Job may limit the number of products available for purchase by any one customer.
orders & pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to your order being confirmed.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock. You will be notified and refunded promptly if your order is cancelled by us.
We may conduct pre-authorisations on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds are available. Inside Job is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received.
shipping & delivery
We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only - we are not liable for delays or loss caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
Free Regular shipping is available for orders over $75 AUD.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at hello@insidejobco.com.
australian consumer law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the ACL.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Website or purchase of our products is limited to the replacement of faulty products or a refund of purchase price.
