This policy sets out how we handle information about you. We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and will publish any updated version of this Privacy Policy on our website when we do. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 24/07/2026. Unless you notify us otherwise, we will assume that you have consented to the collection of all information which is provided to us for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

There may be occasions when we collect information about you from a third party. In such instances, we will determine whether we would have been entitled to collect such information from you and to the extent we would not have been entitled to do so, we will destroy or de-identify such information as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where possible, we will allow you to interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. For example, if you contact us with a general enquiry, we will not ask for your name unless we need it to adequately handle your enquiry.

However, for most of our functions and activities we usually need your name and contact information.

Our Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about how visitors use our Website, including the pages you view, how long you spend on the site, the source that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. This information is generally transmitted to and stored on Google servers, including servers located in the United States. We use it in aggregate to understand how our Website is performing. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also use the Google & YouTube sales channel, and may use Google Ads. Through these services we may share our product catalogue information with Google, and Google may collect information about your activity on our Website — such as the products you view and the purchases you complete — in order to measure the performance of our advertising, list our products across Google services including Google Search, Google Shopping and YouTube, and show you advertising for our products on those services. This may involve cookies and advertising identifiers set by Google and YouTube, including where our Website embeds YouTube video content. You can review and adjust the advertising Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com.

We use Klaviyo, an email marketing platform provided by Klaviyo, Inc., to manage our mailing list and to send marketing and transactional messages. Where you subscribe to our mailing list, create an account, or place an order, we share information including your name, email address and order history with Klaviyo. Klaviyo also uses cookies and tracking pixels to record whether you have opened or clicked one of our emails, and to record your browsing, product views, searches and cart activity on our Website so that we can send you relevant messages such as abandoned cart reminders. Klaviyo processes and stores this information in the United States.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us. We action unsubscribe requests promptly. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations and dispatch notifications, which we need to send in order to fulfil your order.

why we use it

The personal information that we collect is generally used to provide products or services to you, and, if you use our website, to track your usage, to evaluate performance of our website, and to keep track of your account settings. Information collected by us may also be used for the following purposes: 

(i) to provide you with information in relation to the products and services we provide; 

(ii) to send email notifications for special promotions or offers conducted by us;

(iv) to conduct marketing activities and to conduct market research;

 We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Shopify Inc. — our ecommerce platform (data processed in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy)

  • Klaviyo, Inc. — our email marketing platform, for mailing list management, marketing and transactional messages, and onsite browsing and cart tracking (data processed in the United States)

  • Google LLC — for website analytics, advertising and product listings, through Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Google & YouTube sales channel (including YouTube)

  • Australia Post and other fulfilment carriers — for delivery of your order

  • Payment processors — for secure transaction processing (we do not store card details)

  • Professional advisors — including lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality obligations

  • Regulatory authorities — where required by Australian law

Some of the third-party service providers listed above are located outside Australia. In particular, Klaviyo and Google store and process information in the United States, and Shopify stores and processes information in the United States and Canada. Our fulfilment carriers and professional advisors are located in Australia. Where we disclose your personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. Customer account and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. We utilise network firewalls and access control procedures as means of protecting your personal information, including restricting internal access to your personal information. Our Website is hosted on Shopify’s secure platform. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a data breach involving your personal information, we will assess it promptly. Where the breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
